Position Overview

Hunter Douglas is currently hiring Production Associates for our Salt Lake City Fabrication Plant. Schedules Available: Monday - Thursday (OT Fridays and some Saturdays) 

First Shift: 5:00am to 3:00pm 

What you'll do

• Must be able to work well in team environment


• Experience working in a similar production/manufacturing field is preferred


• Production associates will be required to follow verbal and written instructions, processes and procedures to cut, assemble, inspect, or package components of various sizes, shapes, and materials


• Follow all safety requirements including use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).


• Lifting requirements may vary between 1-50lbs depending on materials and sizes of blinds


• Must be comfortable working on a stationary area, bending, lifting, walking


• Use of various hand and power tools will be required


• Must be able to meet daily production targets and standards - Training will be provided


• Must have good hand/eye coordination

Who you are

• At least 1-2 years of experience working in a similar field


• Have the ability to understand and use a tape measure 


• Have basic computer literacy


• Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment 


• Team player


• Have the ability to cross train as needed in different areas
