You’re not afraid to work with your hands (or power tools), get a little dirty, and you understand the importance of safety, accuracy, and efficiency. What You’ll Do

• Assemble partially built heavy machinery using hand, electric, and air-powered tools.


• Unpack, install, and remove machine components and parts.


• Operate and maneuver heavy equipment (e.g., backhoes, loaders, excavators) during the assembly process to verify proper installation.


• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.


• Interpret and apply information from machine manuals and schematics to perform accurate assemblies.


• Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety protocols without exception.


• Attend and participate in safety meetings and required training.


• Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

What You’ll Need

• Experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, graders, and loaders.


• Proficiency using forklifts and overhead cranes.


• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.


• Basic knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems used in construction and agricultural machinery.


• Physical ability to use sledgehammers and power tools, including tolerance for vibration.


• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs overhead and work at heights of up to 15 feet.


• Endurance to walk and stand for full workdays in various outdoor conditions.


• Steel-toed boots/shoes (required).


• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with specific heavy equipment brands or models used in our operations.


• Experience with inventory tracking systems or mechanical repair basics.


• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and small repairs.

Working Conditions

• This role involves primarily outdoor work in a storage yard setting.


• Exposure to all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).


• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
