As an Assembly Operator, you will play a vital role in assembling electrical devices and cutting cables to meet company requirements before they are packaged and shipped to our valued customers.

What You Will Experience in This Position:

- Take responsibility for assembling electrical devices and cutting cables to meet company requirements, ensuring they adhere to customer order specifications.
- Use your expertise to build products on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.
- Provide hands-on support to the production staff to meet customer demands.
- Be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and teamwork.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience in quality control or assembly.
- Extensive knowledge of devices, rings, quality checks, and packing.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in an assembly environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to build products on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.
- Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing for extended periods of time.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
