Assembly Crew

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented assembler to build high-stability wood tables specifically designed to support robotic systems. This role involves constructing durable, level, and structurally sound tables that can handle the weight and movement of robots, with precise specifications provided by our engineering team. Candidates should have experience in woodworking and the ability to follow technical blueprints closely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble heavy-duty wood tables that meet specific load-bearing and dimensional requirements.


• Follow engineering drawings and assembly instructions precisely.


• Install features such as mounting brackets, cable management holes, or reinforced frames as required.


• Use hand tools and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, routers) safely and efficiently.


• Conduct quality checks to ensure surface flatness, stability, and overall structural integrity.


• Sand, finish, and seal wood surfaces as needed for durability and aesthetic standards.


• Collaborate with the engineering or robotics teams to integrate mechanical or wiring components when needed.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Experience in woodworking, furniture assembly, or a related field.


• Familiarity with working from blueprints.


• Comfortable using a variety of woodworking tools and materials.


• Basic understanding of load distribution and structural reinforcement.


• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials (up to 75 lbs).


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, consistent work.
