Job Title: Assembler – Heat Exchangers
Pay: $20–$28/hour
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Occasional weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Position Summary

We are currently hiring Lacing Assemblers to join a collaborative team on 1st shift in Tulsa. This hands-on role focuses on lacing tubes within heat exchanger units as part of the overall assembly process. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where precision and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately lace and align tubes in heat exchanger bundles per specifications
• Collaborate with team members to ensure proper tube spacing and positioning
• Use basic hand and shop tools to support lacing and assembly tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints or work instructions related to lacing layouts
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate assembly and compliance with standards
• Assist with general assembly of heat exchanger components as needed
• Follow daily production schedules and complete assignments on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Adhere to all safety procedures and utilize required PPE consistently

Qualifications

• Previous experience in mechanical or industrial assembly preferred
• Experience with tube lacing or heat exchanger assembly is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
• Effective communication and a collaborative team attitude

Work Environment

• Fast-paced industrial environment
• Not climate-controlled; exposure to noise, dust, and metal particles
• Required PPE includes hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, kneeling, overhead work, and use of hand tools
• Good vision and hand-eye coordination required for precise assembly tasks
