Position Summary:

Since 1961, the Wellborn family has owned and operated Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. The goal is to provide kitchen and bath cabinets crafted by dedicated Wellborn employees with the utmost quality and care. Today, over 55 years later, the product line has broadened to include cabinetry and storage solutions to help maximize the total home living space. The purpose of this position is to help carry out responsibilities that will continue to make Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. the most valued provider of permanent home cabinets designed for a lifetime of gracious living.

The incumbent in this position supports the activities and responsibilities of all departments in the plant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

14. Effectively manages team through follow up, training, and projects of various processes.


15. Responsible for allocating work and filling call outs to ensure teams’ success.


16. Continuous working knowledge of departmental tasks and processes


17. Communicates with Supervisor and Manager about continuous updates on processes, performance, and daily progress.


18. Maintains responsibility of personal workload


19. Ability to run/print reports, analyze, and execute based on findings


20. Communicates effectively with interrelated departments to ensure proficiencies in the product life cycle

14. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.

14. Demonstrated skills in planning, prioritizing and time management.

14. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis.


15. Positive attitude with a zeal to proactively complete various tasks


16. Willingness to work congruently to supervisor if necessary
    
     

Scope and Impact:

Position has recurring work situations that involve having a high attention to detail and service results. It is important that Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. Safety protocols be followed as a guide for operational direction. Failing to follow prescribed guidelines will wase resources and adversely impact performance.

Working Conditions:

18. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.


19. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.
