Job Title: Assembly Associate
Location: North Haven, CT
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday – 8a-4:30p
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview:

Revere Staffing Partners is currently seeking reliable and motivated Assembly Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in North Haven, CT. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours and long-term potential with a reputable employer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of products and components according to specifications
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
