Job Title: Assembly Supervisor
Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000 (Based on Experience)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily production activities at the Tulsa facility. This position is responsible for managing material flow, supervising assembly and testing operations, and ensuring that all output meets established quality, cost, and delivery standards. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership skills and direct experience in air-cooled heat exchanger manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support department employees to maximize productivity and performance
• Manage workload distribution based on daily production schedules and timelines
• Oversee the assembly process for air-cooled heat exchangers
• Ensure correct tubing layout, rolling, and hydrostatic testing of heat exchanger bundles
• Supervise final assembly including structural installation, motors, and propellers
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents
• Maintain product quality according to company standards
• Track employee time and job activity within the ERP system
• Schedule and balance labor needs, including overtime planning when required
• Communicate equipment or material needs to department leads
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Control to implement design changes
• Address and document employee performance issues; escalate when necessary
• Enforce all safety protocols and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior supervisory experience specifically in the assembly of air-cooled heat exchangers required

Skills & Tools

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience with hand tools, overhead cranes, forklifts, and tube rolling equipment preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools
