Assembly Supervisor (Expander)

Position: Supervisor                                                                                           Salary Grade: E2

Purpose: Lead designated team to achieve improved quality and productivity; train, mentor and intentionally develop team members; develop, implement, and achieve appropriate strategically focused team goals.

 Essential qualifications and skills

• 
  

  A business or science degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).

  
  


• 
  

  Strongly prefer team leadership experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Critical thinking discipline.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP, etc.).

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read, understand and interpret machine, part and assembly drawings and designs.

  
  


• 
  

  Documentation of a current drug screen must be provided prior to start date.
