Requirements and Qualifications:

• Motivates, supports, and provides guidance to production staff.
• Ensures safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
• Communicates regularly with Production Manager regarding problems or issues impacting production.
• Evaluates resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
• Sets productivity goals for each manufacturing team.
• Develops workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
• Ensures adequate scheduling of staff..

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES   

• Reports to Senior Assembly Supervisor    
• Manages Leads and Support, overseas entire production crew.
• Trains new employees
• Liaises with other departments including Shipping, Inventory, and NPD teams.
• Assigns daily tasks to each production team.
• Identifies labor status (i.e., late/on-time/early), notifies Operations Manager.  
• Monitors materials available necessary for the smooth running of production
• Procures materials necessary for the smooth running of production.
• Oversees quality control throughout the production process.
