2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3PM - 1AM

  Assembly

• Fitting, pressing, and threading components together


• Proper orientation and placement of components on fixtures


• Using various tools i.e. wrenches, arbor press, screw drivers etc.


• Ensuring compliance by following assembly procedures and work instructions i.e. wearing Nitrile gloves

  Laser Welding

• Select and load appropriate program


• Utilize set-up sheet


• Ensure adequate gas flow


• Spot nonconforming welds

  Bending

• Follow set-up sheet


• Select appropriate mount & fixture


• Tweak bend to profile


• Hand bend as needed


• Uphold Good Documentation Practice

Other tasks as assigned
