Assembly Technician

Description

Requirements

Requirements:

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
• Basic Computer Skills
• Ability to use hand tools, torque wrenches, and small power tools
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
• Knowledge of use of calipers, torque wrenchs, helicoil, keensert and Leeplug installation tools
• Knowledge of testing and integration
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. 
• Ability to work standing for periods of time.
• Ability to wear cleanroom attire for cleanroom assembly 
• Ability to read wiring schematic
• Ability to follow blueprints and read instructions

Physical Requirements

• Standing: This is an essential job function/physical requirement.
• Walking: This is an essential job function/physical requirement.
• Turning, twisting, bending, and stooping-These physical requirements are essential job functions.
• Pushing and Pulling- These physical requirements are essential job functions.
• Reaching, forward, and overhead are essential job functions /physical requirements.
• Lifting - employees must lift 25 pounds and occasionally 50-75 pounds.

Schedule:

• Day shift - 6am-2:30pm-Monday-Friday 
• Second Shift 2:30pm-1:00am Monday-Thursday  (10% differential )
