Pay: $17.00–$18.50/hour DOE
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated and dependable Assembly Technicians to join a growing team in Tulsa. This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow within a company, achieve production goals, and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Assemblers will review work orders, gather necessary components, and coordinate with the manufacturing team. The position also involves acquiring basic knowledge of testing procedures and techniques.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Assemble and repair parts using hand and power tools

· Read and interpret technical documents, including diagrams, schematics, and blueprints

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Follow all company and industry safety standards

· Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly problems as needed

· Assist with repair and maintenance activities

· Document test procedures, results, and observations

· Perform electrical wiring and component riveting

Job Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED

· Experience with mechanical assemblies

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

· Skilled in using hand and power tools

· Proven experience with electrical wiring and riveting

· Ability to meet production and quality standards

· Physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs

· Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
This is a safety-sensitive position involving tasks that may affect the health and safety of the employee or others, such as:

· Handling, processing, or transporting hazardous materials

· Operating vehicles, machinery, or power tools

· Monitoring and maintaining manufacturing equipment

· Working with critical services like gas, water, or electric systems

· Handling potentially combustible or volatile materials

The role requires frequent standing, bending, squatting, and climbing throughout the work shift.
