Job Description
Join our team as an Assembly Technician and engage in the intricate fabrication of laser diode bars, arrays, and gain modules. You will be responsible for tasks such as fabricating laser diode bars, assembling hard and soft solder mounted bar assemblies, preparing mechanical parts for subassembly builds, constructing laser diode arrays, and assembling and testing CW gain modules. This role requires a detail-oriented approach due to the precision needed in crafting small, intricate components like tiny lasers used in semiconductors and LED/light bulbs.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Saint Charles, Missouri.
Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled, clean room environment where lab coats are required. Employees must refrain from wearing fake nails, jewelry, and excessive make-up. Shifts available include first shift from 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, and second shift from 4:30pm-3am Monday-Thursday. Immediate on-the-job training is provided to help you swiftly adapt to the high-tech manufacturing setting.
