Assembly Technician Summary:

Assembly Technicians must be able to demonstrate the assembly of different components, parts or sub-assemblies throughout the entire assembly process. Read, and understand manufacturing instructions, blueprints, process documents, and bill of

material. An ideal assembly technician would definitely have a good hand and eye coordination with demonstrated excellent manual dexterity.

3rd Shift: 56 hours / 6 days per week.

Sunday 9pm-5:30am, Monday- Thursday 7pm - to 5:30am, Friday 9pm-5:30 am

10% Shift Differential for 3rd shift

Assembly Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be able to read tape measure and mics.
Must be able to read and understand manufacturing instructions and bill of material (BOM).
Brazing, cold welding and crimping processes.
Safely operate various hand and power tools.
Follow direction; maintain focus and a positive attitude.

Requirements

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and physical.
Complete a satisfactory nationwide criminal background check.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
Training in a Technical discipline, trade school or electrical theory education preferred.
Military experience a plus.
2 years minimum mechanical experience in an industrial workplace.
