Primary Purpose and Function

The Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling various styles of finished bi\-fold closet doors and sliding closet doors in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow established processes to produce high\-quality products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
  




• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
  




• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  




• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  




• Reliable, motivated, and dependable work ethic
  

Communication Skills

• Basic verbal and written communication skills
  




• Ability to read and follow work instructions
  




• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
  

Major Responsibilities

• Operate a semi\-automated assembly table to assemble products
  




• Assemble finished bi\-fold and sliding closet doors according to specifications
  




• Perform visual quality inspections on completed products
  




• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  




• Follow all safety policies and procedures
  




• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
