    • Assign appropriate staff to treatment teams and ensure proper implementation of individualized treatment plans.

  • Administrative and Quality Assurance:

    • Manage administrative tasks related to meeting ACT program fidelity, including documenting and tracking components completed.

    • Conduct quality assurance reviews of client records to ensure compliance with fidelity requirements and accurate documentation.

    • Lead and organize community and agency education initiatives, identifying areas for program improvement and implementing strategies for success.

  • Collaboration & Multidisciplinary Team Leadership:

    • Facilitate clinical meetings with the multidisciplinary team and lead additional meetings to refine strategies for meeting fidelity and achieving client outcomes.

    • Collaborate with team members and external agencies to ensure holistic care and seamless service delivery for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field and five years post experience in a community mental health setting, which includes two years supervisory or program management experience or a satisfactory equivalent combination of experience and training.

  • Strong clinical background in mental health treatment and addiction services.

  • Experience supervising a multidisciplinary team in a community-based setting.

  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and fidelity requirements for ACT.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
