Asset Lifecycle Coordinator - Temporary

TSS is seeking an Asset Lifecycle Coordinator Temporary
Must be able to assist with the movement or lifting of small items up to 40 lbs. if required.
Proven ability and experience using an automated financial system such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or Deltek .
Perform daily asset lifecycle transactions in automated financial system.
Complete inventory reconciliations in accordance with department inventory desktop procedures.
Demonstrate proficiency in communicating asset information with member offices and external agencies to facilitate accurate inventory reports.
Possess ability to understand US House of Representatives policy relating to Asset Management.
Demonstrate professional communication abilities, including interacting effectively with high-profile clients.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
High school diploma with 2 years customer service experience and competency using Microsoft Office Suite.
