Asset Management BA - Prism Historical Backfill Gap Analysis

Our client is seeking a Asset Management BA - Prism Historical Backfill Gap Analysis to analyze and reconcile legacy database records against strategic systems of record, identifying and triaging critical data gaps to support migration to a new data warehouse environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Analyze data stored in legacy database and compare to strategic systems of record
• Identify and document gaps between legacy database data, strategic data model, and legacy accounting systems
• Triage data gaps and assess criticality with front office teams
• Solution gaps using data generated by strategic operating model
• Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders
• Support migration from legacy database to new strategic data warehouse (SBS)
• Maintain detailed documentation of data lineage and reconciliation processes

Requirements

• 8-10 years of business analysis and data analysis experience
• Strong expertise in data lineage mapping and documentation
• Demonstrated experience with asset management and investment data sets
• Hands-on knowledge of data warehouse architecture and migration
• Proficiency with legacy system knowledge and legacy database structures
• Experience triaging and prioritizing data quality issues with business stakeholders
• Ability to present technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences
