The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $222,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. The Asset Manager, reporting to the US Launch Excellence Lead, serves as strategic support to asset teams, corporate stakeholders, and cross-functional leaders, is accountable for the overall launch project plan development, integration, and management for a pipeline product (or a portfolio of products). This role is responsible for creating and managing the overall launch plan and updating critical paths to launch, including internal and external events. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management, business acumen, agility, outstanding problem-solving skills and TA expertise to steer, guide, challenge, and coach launch teams, while combining an asset first mindset within the launch team with the patient first mentality of the company. This role manages key corporate stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment between organizational priorities, launch strategy, and execution plans.
The role contributes to the evolution of launch excellence methodologies by leveraging the best internal practices, cross-market learnings from ex-US launches, experiences from launches in other therapeutic areas and brands, external benchmarking, market intelligence, competitive launch insights, and innovative approaches that enhance planning efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.
