A Typical Workday

You’ll work onsite at 2415 1st Ave N in Billings, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends when situations require follow-through. The day moves between focused desk time and resident-facing moments—reviewing paperwork, answering calls and emails, and meeting with residents at the counter. You’ll also step out for scheduled unit checks, then return to document updates and keep timelines on track. Some afternoons are steady and routine; others shift quickly when a resident concern, inspection finding, or deadline comes up, and you’ll adjust priorities while keeping communication clear.
