Asset Protection Coordinator
Location: Bethel Park, PA
Company: Mobile Medical Corporation
Pay Rate: commensurate with fleet and vehicle maintenance experience

Position Overview:


The Asset Protection Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing the management and protection of Mobile Medical’s physical assets, including a small fleet of approximately 20 vehicles (UTVs, company cars, pickup trucks, and service vans) as well as critical medical equipment and supply inventory used nationwide.


The Coordinator will assist in the coordination of vehicle maintenance, tracking, purchasing, and resale, while also managing the ordering, receiving, and shipping of medical supplies. Additional responsibilities include supporting field logistics for onsite physicals and drug screenings and performing light office maintenance as needed.


This is a full-time, onsite position working Monday through Friday during daytime business hours.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate the maintenance, repair, and tracking of MMC’s nationwide fleet of vehicles.

  • Support purchasing, registration, insurance, and resale processes for company vehicles.

  • Maintain records of vehicle assignments, mileage, and compliance documentation.

  • Order, receive, and ship medical supplies and on-site medical kits for use at job sites.

  • Track and manage inventory levels for field and clinic equipment.

  • Assist in scheduling and logistics for union-based physicals and drug screenings.

  • Perform occasional light corporate maintenance and coordinate vendors as needed.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all assets and logistics operations.

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the corporate team.



Qualifications:



  • 1–3 years of experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or asset/inventory management.

  • 1-2 years' experience in vehicle maintenance and vendor coordination is highly preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with fleet or inventory software a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.

  • Onsite position located in Bethel Park, PA.
