We’re hiring a reliable, experienced, Retail Site Lead for a client based out of Boston, MA! The person in this position will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by patrolling, monitoring premises, and performing search procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard/train new and existing security officers
• Conduct regular security inspections
• Manage security team and display advanced leadership skills.
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance
• Write detailed narrative reports, maintain daily activity reports/checklists, investigate, and prepare reports on a variety of incidents.
• Secure facility and designated areas
• Assist and direct all visitors, employees and customers out of the building during an evacuation ensuring all parties exit safely
• Set the security officer/detective staffing schedule and provide visibility to the client. Candidates must have (1) year of previous scheduling experience
• Enforce facility and company policies and procedures
• Winteam, Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are a plus

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must have two (2) years of experience as a security officer supervisor, managing at least 5 employees at a time
• Must have two (2) years of experience in a retail environment specializing in asset protection or loss prevention
• Must have CCTV experience
• Communicates well and has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced and stressful situations
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior while maintaining professionalism.

Pay Rate: $29.00/HR
