Planning & Scheduling:
- Understands all sources of demand, operations planning and distribution for specific products or services.
- Manages and develops accurate forecast at the appropriate levels, horizons and intervals.
- Accountable for monitoring the performance of the process and continually improving output and accuracy.
- Coordinates the demand, operations planning and distribution management process for sales.
- Professional with significant knowledge within own discipline and knowledge of related disciplines, completing specialized and/or moderately complex tasks under moderate supervision.
- May supervise employees, focused on task performance and delivery of specialized processes.
- Requires conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and developing knowledge of related job disciplines.
- Has developed a detailed understanding of key business drivers through multiple years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate detailed asset-specific schedules from finalized time-phased production plans for K4 and Bayport Manufacturing Assets.
- Utilize the OMP OPR planning system for production planning and scheduling activities.
- Align production details with business strategies- including financial objectives (cost/cash), run rates, inventory policies, and customer service levels.
- Administer production schedules within the defined planning horizon.
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and transparent communication of the schedule across the supply chain.
- Proactively identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, customer order issues, and quality concerns by collaborating closely with Master Schedulers, Materials Planners, and order management personnel such as CSR (Customer Service Representative) and DRP (Demand Requirements Planner).
- Communicate changes or deviations in production schedules, supply shifts, and proposed solutions to relevant stakeholders.
- Support Supply Chain activities for key business and global projects.
- Coordinate secondary processing tasks, including rework and repackaging, of finished products.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, comparing actual output to established standards.
- Oversee process orders, ensure timely closure where necessary, and validate that accurate orders maintain system and data integrity.
- Prioritize orders through the OAR process during periods of constraint.
- Act as the primary interface between manufacturing and the supply chain, optimizing plant schedules according to operational capacities.
- Integrate production planning with maintenance scheduling requirements.
- Confirm material availability in alignment with asset schedules.
Preferred Education and Disciplines/Degrees:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP) are a plus.
