• To guidance and leading the housekeeping team to maintain high standard of all respects housekeeping operations which shall include guestrooms, public areas, linen room, laundry, flower room and specified back-of the house areas.
• Manage public area, guestroom floors, linen room and laundry with a minimum of executive housekeeper’s consultation, thereby training themselves as well.
• To ensure rooms and particularly those of known repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention.
• Inspects guestrooms and Public areas on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with outside contractors to ensure contractual compliance.
• To inform Executive Housekeeper of any problem areas that may occur down the chain of authority.
• Acts on behalf of Executive Housekeeper in his/her absence.

• Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field
• Minimum 5 years in housekeeping position, minimum 2 years as Team leader, had experience in Laundry will be advantage
• Housekeeping/Supervisory experience in similar level of hotel e.g., 3*, 4*, 5*. 6*
