Assistant Apartment Manager - Irving, TX

The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and resident relations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily property operations and act in the Manager’s absence

• Collect rent, manage delinquency, and maintain accurate resident ledgers

• Perform leasing duties including tours and move-in/move-out inspections

• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up for completion

• Attend eviction court and understand the eviction process (TAA compliant)

• Conduct daily property walks and inspect vacant units

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of property management or related experience preferred

• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management software

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
