Job Summary:
Coordinates routine Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) activities and provides operational support for student-athletes, coaches, athletics staff, internal partners, and external stakeholders. This level functions as a coordinator responsible for scheduling, tracking, documenting, communicating, and supporting NIL processes. Work is primarily task-based and process-focused, with responsibility for ensuring routine NIL activities are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established procedures. This level works under general supervision and escalates non-routine, complex, sensitive, or high-risk matters to higher-level NIL staff.Job Description:
Coordinates routine NIL administrative activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, organizing files, updating records, and supporting follow-up communications.
Serves as a point of contact for routine NIL questions and directs student-athletes, coaches, staff, parents, external partners, or campus stakeholders to appropriate resources.
