As an Assistant Installer at Maryland Re-Bath, you will be responsible for assisting the Lead Installer in managing complete bathroom remodeling projects. Your role will involve providing consistently high levels of job quality, maintaining a strong sense of customer service, and learning and implementing the Re-Bath Franchise system, tools, training, and resources.

Essential Duties:

• Assist Lead Installer with the management of complete bathroom remodeling projects

• Provide consistently high levels of job quality

• Maintain a strong sense of customer service

• Learn and implement Re-Bath Franchise system, tools, training, and resources

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate people and organizational skills

• Ready to learn and implement Re-Bath franchise system tools, products, training, and resources

• Willing to incorporate proven installation and remodeling systems

• Value careful attention to detail

• Must be able to safely maneuver large items weighing over 75 pounds

• Valid driver’s license

• Background check required

• Willingness to work overtime when needed

• 18 years of age or older
