We’re looking for a proactive, service-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to lead our frontline team at our University Oaks Branch in Round Rock. What You’ll Do:

• Open and close the branch while ensuring daily operations run smoothly
• Supervise and mentor teller staff, providing guidance, training, and support
• Deliver exceptional service—whether it’s over the phone, at the teller line, or in the drive-thru
• Support members with transactions, account openings and closings, loan processing, and product education
• Maintain accuracy in balancing cash drawers and executing operational tasks
• Resolve issues with professionalism, care, and in accordance with security protocols
• Assist with IRA, HSA, CD transactions, mobile deposits, and wire/ACH requests
• Collaborate with the branch management team and cross-sell credit union services with confidence

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Two (2) years of financial institution or teller experience required
• Natural leadership skills and a desire to support and grow a team
• Confidence handling cash, balancing drawers, and operating standard banking equipment
• Strong communication skills and a member-first mindset
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to upholding Austin Telco’s member-focused mission
