Pay Range: The pay range for this role is $50,000-$56,000 annually, reflecting a good-faith estimate as of the posting date and accounting for the position's responsibilities, level, and location. Actual starting pay will be set at the Bank's discretion and will take into account the candidate's experience, education, skills, certifications, and other relevant factors.

About the Role

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll help lead the branch team, support daily operations, build strong customer relationships, and originate consumer loans. You'll work closely with the Branch Manager and serve as a backup when needed while creating a positive experience for both employees and customers.

What You'll Do

• Help lead branch staff by coordinating workflow, providing support and coaching, encouraging cross-training, and assisting with performance management.
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure Bank policies, procedures, security standards, and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Build relationships with customers, identify their financial needs, and recommend appropriate Bank products and services.
• Originate consumer loans, including interviewing applicants, reviewing credit and financial information, making lending decisions within assigned authority, and overseeing loan closing or declination.
• Conduct branch self-audits and support compliance with applicable banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.
• Provide notary and signature guarantee services and assist with other branch responsibilities as needed.
• May serve as Saturday Supervisor or participate in the officer rotation.

Qualifications

• College degree desirable
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Must have the ability to become NMLS registered
