Assistant Call Center Lead

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Call Center Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the call center, assist with inbound and outbound communication, and ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and professional service. Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls with a friendly and professional attitude
• Assist callers by providing information, resolving issues, or directing them to the appropriate department
• Support call center agents by managing data entry, scheduling follow-ups, and tracking call logs
• Monitor customer interactions and escalate concerns to supervisors when needed
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the system
• Help with team coordination and communication to ensure smooth operations
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by call center management

• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a call center environment preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using call center software, CRM tools, and basic office applications
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging calls professionally
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications are a plus
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a strong plus
