Job Responsibilities:

• Assistant Center Director's role is to administer student assessments and developing student learning plans
• Main responsibility is Sales, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
• Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

What You Need

• Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry+ a plus)
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa flexible within 30–35 hrs)
• Passion for kids/teams; customer-focused leader
• Pass background check

No exp? Our training covers it all!

If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
