Assistant Childcare Teacher – Play, Teach & Inspire!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keeping Up with Tiny Explorers – counting heads of fast-moving little ones is a must!
• Leading Playtime Adventures – engage kids in fun, hands-on activities that spark learning.
• Ensuring Safety & Smiles – create a nurturing environment where every child thrives.
• Building Strong Bonds – form meaningful connections with children and their families.
• Accepting Group Hugs – all at once, while making sure no one feels left out!

What You Need:

• Must be 16+ years old
• Prior childcare experience preferred (but if you love kids, we’ll teach you the rest!)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A Positive Attitude & Strong Work Ethic – we thrive on teamwork and enthusiasm!
• A Willingness to Embrace Our Core Values: Collaboration, Innovation, Communication, Nurturing, Positivity & Fun!
• Ability to meet state childcare licensing requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. (and safely lift infants in and out of cribs)
