What You’ll Be Doing:

• Bringing energy & creativity to play-based learning with our Child-Derived, Teacher-Directed Curriculum
• Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing space where kids can thrive
• Building positive connections with families and keeping them updated on their child's day
• Being a team player—collaborating with teachers to support classroom success
• Having fun! Because when kids are learning, we believe they should be laughing too!

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior childcare experience? Great! If not, a passion for working with children is a must
• CPR/First Aid certified? Awesome! If not, we’ll help you get it
• Strong teamwork & communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the day
• A positive attitude & strong work ethic
