We’re looking for an experienced, driven, and passionate Infusion RN to take on a leadership role as Assistant Clinic Director at our Brookfield location.

Position Overview

As the Assistant Clinic Director, you’ll lead by example—administering IV and IM therapies, supporting clinical operations, and helping to manage and mentor a small team. This role is ideal for a skilled infusion RN who’s ready to grow into a leadership position within a thriving wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional IV infusions and IM injections with clinical accuracy and care

• Oversee daily clinic flow, supporting staff and ensuring operational excellence

• Collaborate with the Clinic Director on scheduling, inventory, training, and compliance

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members

• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and documentation standards

• Educate clients on nutrient therapies and help guide wellness decisions

• Promote a positive, team-based, and client-centered clinic culture

Requirements

• Active RN license in Wisconsin (required)

• Strong IV placement and infusion therapy experience (minimum 1 year)

• Leadership experience or desire to grow into a management role

• Passion for wellness, functional medicine, and client care

• Professional, calm, and confident under pressure

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
