Assistant Clinic Director-Brookfield, RN or Paramedic

POSITION TITLE: Assistant Clinic Director, RN or Paramedic. full-time, 3 to 4 days per week, including every other weekend

LOCATION: Milwaukee - Brookfield, Wisconsin

ROLE: This position supports the Clinic Director in overseeing the administration of intravenous vitamins for outpatient infusion. It provides clinical expertise and education for clients and staff. A valid RN or Paramedic License is required.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Act as a backup point of contact for the Clinic Director.
• Oversee and manage client treatment, including IVs, fluids, and the entire service process.
• Document client interactions and communication regarding therapy services, assessment, and responses/reactions to treatment. 
• Demonstrate compliance regarding professional standards, regulations, policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
• Trains and educates staff on proper procedures and client education,
• Motivate the team with a commitment to positivity including acting positively and instilling passion into the work environment.
• Complete training for nutrition infusion therapies.
• Exemplifies and maintains standards related to culture and ethical behavior. 
• All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
Associate’s Degree in Nursing or
Graduate of an Accredited Paramedic Program.
RN or Paramedic License.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records, Anatomy, Medical Terminology, and Medical Practice Functions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2 years minimum of Vascular Access or Infusion
Experience, Proficient IV start skills, 2 years minimum of leadership or management experience.
