Location: Boise, ID

Pay: $39.00-$44.00/hour

Required License: RN, CPR, BLS

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced registered nurse to join our team as Assistant Clinical Director & RN Case Manager. As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality home health patient care. As a nurse, you will make the compassionate connections you are used to making.

Responsibilities

- Manage all clinical activities and programs in accordance with regulatory standards, including guidelines.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

- Oversee medical management processes and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and maintain quality assurance standards.

- Able to also do admit and recertification visits as needed while hospice patient load grows.

- Proven experience in managing clinical operations.

- Strong understanding of principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
