Assistant Clinical Operations Officer RN

The Assistant Clinical Operations Officer will be responsible for assisting the Clinical Operations Officer in managing the clinical operations of our healthcare facility. 

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Clinical Operations Officer in managing the clinical operations of the healthcare facility

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff and provide feedback as necessary

- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of clinical staff

- Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care and clinical operations

- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements:

- Active RN license

- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing (at least one year of supervisory experience is preferred)

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards of care

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Physical and Sensory Requirements:

Moderate physical activity:

Push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds to a minimum height of three (3) feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of fifty (50) feet.

Standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.

Bending and/or stooping for more than one (1) hour at a time.

Sitting for more than two (2) hours at a time.

Requires writing and/or computer work with repetitive typing and concentrating on computer screen and/or documents for more than two (2) hours at a time.
