Job Title: Assistant Community Manager
Our company is seeking a seasoned Assistant Community Manager with Tax Credit and Section 8 Housing experience and 2-5 years of prior experience to join our team. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Assistant Community Manager will be required to travel to all necessary training sessions. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Community Manager in managing the community's budget and financials
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the planning and execution of community events and activities
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents and assist with the leasing process
- Ensure that the community is well-maintained and that all maintenance requests are addressed promptly
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of prior experience as an Assistant Community Manager
- Tax Credit experience is a must
- Section 8 Housing
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
