Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 300-unit apartment community conveniently located within easy reach of Texas Woman's University, The University of North Texas, and with easy access to I-35 in Denton! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

• At least three years in on-site property management with one year of Assistant Community Manager experience.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (on rent days only)
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
