WHAT YOU'LL DO:
 Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting that fuels results
 Understand and support powersports-specific accounting practices
 Ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements
 Work autonomously—organized, focused, and detail-driven
 Collaborate across the team—from the showroom to the boardroom
 Keep things on track without being chased down

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE RIDE:
 Proven experience in powersports or dealership accounting
 Strong knowledge of multi-location accounting and financial consolidation
 Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize without supervision
 Confidence and clarity when communicating with execs and managers alike
 A love of data, details, and doing things the right way—every time
 Bonus points for experience with dealer management systems (e.g. CDK, Lightspeed, etc.)
