They are seeking an Assistant Controller who will be responsible to assist the Controller directly, payroll, AP, AR, and reports for physicians.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

Monitor financial transactions and activities for assigned companies and departments.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and statements to ensure compliance.
Maintain accounting controls and reconcile accounts.
Process payroll for multiple business units.
Assist in special projects and provide technical accounting support.
Process accounts payable and ensure proper accounting treatment.
Contribute to the development and updating of accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

College degree in Accounting.
Minimum 5 years of Accounting/Finance experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
Experience with payroll processing and knowledge of full accounting cycle.
Ability to work with multiple legal entities.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain open communication with management.
