As an integral part of ourequity accounting team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accuratefinancial reporting for our portfolios. Responsibilities:
Supervise property/debt investment accounting staff, reviewreconciliations, and financial statements.
Oversee monthly closing/consolidation for portfolios.
Analyze budget-to-actuals, prepare/review financial statements, andinvestor reports.
Monitor compliance with Fund agreements and investor letters.
Manage investment/incentive fee calculations, joint venture waterfall,and distributions.
Oversee audits, third-party relationships, and Performance ReportingAccounting staff.
Qualifications:
5+ years in real estate/private equity industry.
Experience with financial statements and fair value reporting.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication, andinterpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads.
Bachelor’s in business administration (accounting concentrationpreferred).
CPA license and public accounting experience preferred.
Strong computer skills, adaptability to technology changes.
