Assistant Conversion Rate Optimization Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our website's conversion rates, enhancing user experience, and driving overall revenue growth through data-driven strategies.

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute conversion optimization strategies, including targeted campaigns and funnel improvements.
• Analyze User Behavior: Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms to identify areas for improvement.
• A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests on landing pages, forms, and other key areas to optimize conversion rates.
• User Experience Improvement: Collaborate with the UX/UI team to enhance website design and functionality based on user feedback and testing results.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• E-commerce Optimization: Analyze and optimize each stage of the user journey (desktop/mobile, product pages, sales funnel to reduce drop-off rates and increase conversions).
• Reporting: Create comprehensive reports on conversion performance, presenting findings to stakeholders and recommending strategies for enhancement.
• E-commerce Best Practices: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices to implement strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales.

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on conversion rate optimization (experience in a global marketplace would be a plus).
• Good command in both spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify analytics).
• Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., AB Tasty would be a plus).
• Experience within a Shopify environment would be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles is a plus.
