Job Description - Assistant Coordinator, Media & Travel


Your Role in Our Journey


We are seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented professional to join our Media & Travel Department as an Assistant Coordinator. This role is designed for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can balance multiple priorities, and is eager to contribute both creatively and operationally. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable communicating with clients and handling customer service needs for travel guests and partners, ensuring a professional and positive experience at every touchpoint.



What You'll Be Uncorking


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Sales & Marketing team, including preparing sell sheets, worksheets, and tracking documents.
  • Serve as a web producer, managing site updates and corrections to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the in-house sales funnel, with the potential to grow into additional sales responsibilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally while also managing independent tasks effectively.
  • Communicate directly with clients, travel guests, and partners to provide professional customer service and resolve inquiries.


The Perfect Blend (What You Bring to the Table)


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with WordPress a plus.
  • Previous sales support or related experience is helpful but not required.


This role offers a unique balance of operational support, creativity and professional development within a growing organization. If you are looking to build your career in media and travel while contributing to a dynamic sales commission.


Base salary of $50,000 with additional commission opportunities.


This hybrid role has an onsite requirement of 2 times a week at our Valhalla, NY headquarters.
