Assistant Detail Manager

Rydell Auto Center is seeking an Assistant Detail Manager for our growing Detail department.  The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the Detail department by ensuring all necessary equipment is supplied, work flow is efficient and staffing needs are met.

Schedule/Pay

• Open availability to work days, nights and Saturdays


• Pay range is $45K-$50K based on managerial experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Team Members are in the right place at the right time during each scheduled shift


• Dispatch work and schedule staff to meet maximum efficiency levels with department


• Produce work schedule for all Detail staff to ensure optimal coverage


• Manage inventory for Detail department


• Build a team atmosphere with high morale


• Conduct One on Ones with employment


• Help with staff where needed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years management experience preferred 


• Strong communication skills


• Ability to collaborate, cooperate, interpret and communicate information that is not always straightforward


• Strong teamwork skills


• Strong problem solving skills
