Position Overview:
The Assistant Development Manager is an exempt position responsible for assisting the Land Development Project Manager with all aspects of land development. May oversee several projects in various stages of development, with direct accountability for project deliverability.

Physical Requirements:
Work Hours: The normal work hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00pm at the CK Contractors and Development, LLC office.

This position will be based at our corporate headquarters in Kings Mountain, NC, and most travel will be regional consisting of job sites within a 70 mile radius of the greater Charlotte metro area.
