Do you have a heart for igniting a love for learning in children and a passion for coaching teachers to be their best?

The Goddard School Franklin (Cool Springs) is looking for an Assistant Director of Education to join our leadership team as we work to provide teachers with all they need in order to create the best and most fun learning environment for children, ages 6 weeks-5 years.

We encourage children's curiosity as they explore the world around them. As an Assistant Director you will provide the teachers with coaching through mentoring and regular classroom check-ins. As a NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) accredited school, we operate at the highest standard and you would be involved daily in meeting that standard.

Required Qualifications:
-Associates Degree
-At least 1 year of classroom experience
