Assistant Director

The Assistant Director at Chick-fil-A plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the restaurant. This position involves leading a team, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining high operational standards. The Assistant Director works closely with the Directors and other leaders to drive business growth and uphold Chick-fil-A’s values.

Assistant Director Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Train and develop team members in guest services, food preparation, and safety standards.
• Execute daily operations, ensuring compliance with Food Safety, Cleanliness, Quality, and standards.
• Address guest complaints and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor Financial performance, including labor cost and inventory management, to ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old
