Assistant Director

Responsibilities:

– Assist with the development and implementation of educational programs and curriculum for higher education institutions

– Provide leadership and guidance to faculty and staff in delivering quality education
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of educational activities
– Stay updated on current trends and best practices in higher education, teaching and administration
– Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success

Experience:

– minimum of five years of experience in higher education, teaching or education administration

– Proven track record of effectively educating and working with students
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to analyze data, and make informed decisions to improve educational outcomes
– Experience in curriculum, development and program assessment
